Shipping Policy

Our Supply Chain Partstock is a brand headquartered in Hong Kong. To provide you with cost-effective and diverse products, we utilize a multi-channel distribution model. We maintain a local warehouse in California, USA for in-stock items, and have deeply integrated manufacturing facilities in Changzhou, China for custom orders.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Order Cut-off Time: 1:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST, GMT-08:00)

Time Zone: All shipping times are calculated based on Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

To meet different customer needs, our products are divided into "Standard Retail (In-Stock)" and "Bulk/Custom (Pre-order)". Please refer to the specific timelines below:

Transit Time: 2–10 business days

[Bulk/Custom Pre-order Items] Applicable to bulk purchases or custom manufacturing. These orders require production and international ocean freight. We deeply appreciate your patience.

Shipped From: Directly from our factory in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China

In order to minimize costs and provide complimentary shipping, we ship [Bulk/Custom Pre-order Items] orders via ocean freight. This method involves a longer transit time, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

(Note: If your cart contains both standard and custom items, we will ship them separately. In-stock items will arrive first.)

Exceptions: Weekends and US national holidays are not included in standard shipping times.

Delays or Cancellations: We will notify you promptly via email of any unexpected delays.

Tracking: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Multiple or oversized items may be split into separate packages and arrive on different dates. A tracking number will be provided for each shipped package.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 United States.

Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.

We DO NOT ship to:

Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK)

P.O. Boxes

Military Addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)

US Territories and outlying islands

3. Shipping Cost We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Customs & Duties For orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states, we cover all customs duties and related taxes. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

5. Address Modification Yes, address changes can be requested. Please email us at service@partstock.shop. We typically reply within 1–2 business days and will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Order Tracking Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to check the status on the carrier's website. For help, contact: service@partstock.shop. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.

7. Order Issues & Exceptions Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If there is any damage or quality issue, please contact us via email at service@partstock.shop within 14 days of receipt (based on the tracking delivery time). Please provide: Your order number, clear photos of the defect/damage, the outer packaging, and the shipping label. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.

9. Important Note for Custom Orders Bulk/Custom Pre-order items are made-to-order. Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Questions? Email us at: service@partstock.shop.
