Return and Refund Policy
This return and refund policy only applies to standard retail items.
For bulk and custom-made products, once production has commenced, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason other than quality issues.
1. Return Conditions
Quality Issues: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us via email at service@partstock.shop within 14 days of delivery (based on the tracking delivery date).
Required Information: Please provide your order number, clear photos showing the defect/damage, and pictures of the outer packaging and the shipping label.
Resolution: Once verified, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged.
Non-Quality Issues (Personal Reasons): Please note that apart from the quality issues mentioned above, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., "changed my mind" or "ordered the wrong size").
2. Order Cancellation
[Standard Retail Items]
Before Shipping: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at service@partstock.shop within 24 hours of placing the order. We can cancel it and issue a full refund before the order is processed and shipped.
After Shipping: Once the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we cannot intercept the package, and the order cannot be canceled or modified.
[Bulk/Custom Pre-order Items]
These items are made-to-order. Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. For any inquiries, please contact us at service@partstock.shop.
3. Refund Processing Time
For approved refunds due to damage or incorrect items, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. It typically takes 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Return Address
Please return the approved items to our California warehouse: 14505 Proctor Ave, City of Industry, CA 91746 (Note: Please strictly ensure you contact us at service@partstock.shop to obtain a Return Authorization before shipping the item back. Unauthorized return packages will be rejected.)
